Magnetic Levitation Centrifugal Fan
The magnetic levitation blower is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly product that achieves intelligent control without contact or friction. It consists of core components such as a five-degree-of-freedom magnetic levitation bearing, a high-power, efficient permanent-magnet synchronous motor, a high-efficiency centrifugal impeller, a precision rotor, and a highly efficient dedicated frequency inverter!
The rotary blower operates by means of an eccentrically mounted rotor within the cylinder, causing volume changes between the blades in the rotor slots—this action draws in air, compresses it, and then discharges it. During operation, the rotary blower automatically delivers lubrication to the oil drip nozzles via the pressure differential created by the blower itself. The lubricant is dripped directly into the cylinder, helping to minimize friction and noise while also preventing backflow of gas inside the cylinder.
